A few Terms & Conditions just so you know Skye Batiks will always give you the best customer service possible.
If for any reason you are not happy with our service please let us know and give us the opportunity to make you happy.
Postage & delivery
We aim to have your goods despatched as soon as physically possible after receiving your order. Our post is generally despatched before 12pm every day (except Sundays); however, if it’s a nice day, we will find any excuse to go to the Post Office at any time.
If you require your items for a specific date then please let us know. We will always try to get you your goods for when you need them and on the odd occasion when it physically is not possible, we will let you know.
All postage is calculated on the total weight of your order and is in line with Royal Mail prices.
If something you purchased is faulty we will automatically offer you a replacement. If an item is faulty and you have incurred costs in returning it to us we will naturally refund those costs to you.
We will happily offer a credit note, exchange or refund on any goods you may wish to return after a change of mind; however, we would expect that the goods be returned to us unworn/unwashed and in the brand spanking new state they were sold. You must notify us of your decision to return the goods no later than 30 days after the day on which you received the goods. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notification. A refund, including our standard cost of delivery to you, will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods.
We cannot accept returns for made to measure goods unless they are deemed to be faulty.
If you wish to return anything to us as a change of mind please, where possible, include your sales receipt.
It is advisable to request a proof of post receipt for the item you are returning, it may be required if your parcel is lost in the mail.
Your personal information will not be divulged by us to anyone else, ever.
Your payment details are not held by us but are entrusted to Sagepay
when you pay for your goods.
We will not send you any advertising or marketing or newsletters or notifications about information that you are just not interested in unless, of course, you ask us to.
We will expect, however, for you to talk loudly and with carefree abandonment about how great we are and how everyone should shop with us.
We have really done our best when it comes to accurately representing colours on this site but it is almost impossible to guarantee that they will match exactly what you see on your screen; it shouldn’t be far off it though.
The sizes given on our chart are approximate and should be used as a guide only.
Items on the site are subject to availability but we will try our best to keep our site up to date.
If an item you want is just not available anymore, we will do our utmost to find you a fabulous alternative.
When you place an order on the web site you will receive an email acknowledgement and then keep your eyes peeled for the postie – your parcel will be with you soon.
